"We had a wonderful stay and the staff were incredibly accommodating. They were so helpful in arranging an early check-in for us and even found a room where we could get ready before attending a wedding, which made the whole day much less stressful. Everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We really appreciated the excellent service and would happily stay here again."

"Bar and breakfast rooms were great..clean room..however we were given top floor room with four flights of stairs.. room too small for a double with very uneven floor..
Room was very hot window only opened six inches not much air coming in.fan provided was useless.. didn’t get much sleep as we were hot sticky and itratible..not going back.this was not in the heatwave.. the following weekend .."

"Excellent stay with an extremely friendly check in with a lovely lady called Joy on reception.
Room was very spacious and quiet with a modern, clean bathroom and great shower pressure.
Very comfortable bed.
Plenty of free parking, nice restaurants and bars nearby as well as shopping.
Will definitely stay here again when flying from Birmingham Airport."

"Joules and her Son were absolutely wonderful hosts. We couldn’t have been made to feel any more welcome and we had absolutely everything we needed for our stay.
The breakfast was outstanding - lots of choice and super fresh and tasty.
Joules’ baking was a great surprise treat, a lovely touch in our room on arrival and the Brownies later in our stay were out of this world!
Our room was spotless, very comfy bed, lovely armchairs with the spectacular view over Ironbridge and the valley....

"Beautiful old main building and well constructed new wing that blended seamlessly with the old main Hall.
However, due to the layout and lack of lifts it meant a really long walk from our room to the main reception area.
The Hotel seemed to have a lack of staff - the very nice mature lady at reception, was multitasking and ended up carrying our bags up to the room. This staff shortage manifested itself later when we went to have dinner - to be told that the gas was off in the kitchen and...
