They have coin operated washers and dryers in site, best of all are the staff, such really nice people. Would definitely stay again. "The descrfiption mentioned there is hot tub. that is the only reason why i booked this room - for my son. But when i c hecked in, there was no hot tub. When i checed with the agent, she said it's not her problem. previously there was a hot tub, and then they removed it which was obviously a lie. Furthermore she was rude, even before i said anything she became so defensive and said its not her problem. you want to complain, go complain to Hotels.com, this has nothing to do with me."

After waiting, I decided to message them—only then did the host finally respond and casually told me the room was not available, and asked me to apply for a refund myself. No apology, no help. I tried contacting the agent and was told to just “wait” with no clear update. It’s been days now. I’ve checked my mailbox and refund status—nothing. The communication is incredibly slow, and nobody seems to take responsibility. This whole situation wasted my time and disrupted my travel plans. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. "
