"I found this property to be very conveniently located. And all of the staff are exceptionally friendly and extremely helpful. The one thing I would say is to be aware that electricity and power at this location are not as updated as other hotels on the east side of Ireland and to be prepared and feel comfortable to ask questions as I did. From check-in to check out every question I had was answered far beyond what I needed to know and I greatly appreciated all the help."

"Great location and walkable to just about anything in the city. Just a few minutes walk to the river and all the restaurants right there. The receptionists were very pleasant and able to hold our bags until the official check in time (and even after checkout while waiting for our late departure from the city). "Lovely traditional hotel with great sea views to the front. John was very pleasant and booked us in and showed us to our rooms which were clean and comfortable. Private parking to the rear of the building. Fantastic breakfast, cooked to perfection and staff serving were very pleasant. Will definitely stay again."

"We got a warm welcome from the staff at reception when we arrived which set the scene for a lovely relaxed stay. Our room was clean, well equipped, quiet with a nice view of the garden. We had a nice evening meal in the bar restaurant with excellent service and our breafast was all we could wish for. Wish we were able have stayed a bit longer. Will definitely be back. "

"Bit of a trek from car park to the rooms, even using the lift need to carry luggage or groceries up stairs. Room doors are very heavy and 7 year old couldn't open them himself. Otherwise accommodation was comfortable and clean, with spectacular views."
