"The room itself was very nice, and the host was friendly and helpful. When we first arrived, it felt as though the property was closed, which was a little strange. Unfortunately, there was no hot water both in the evening and the following morning, which we reported to the host on departure. Had we been staying longer, I’m confident the host would have tried to resolve this. The bed was uncomfortable and the mattress would benefit from an upgrade or the addition of a topper. "No pool there but is definitely pet friendly"

"I’ve stayed here 3 times before. The staff are excellent everytime. For some reason everytime I come I get the loudest rooms looking onto walls or roofs, whereas people I’m travelling with get balconies & views onto the courtyard. On this particular stay my room was next to a huge machine that was left on all night. It was incredibly loud & was hard to fall asleep. (To be fair I didn’t mention this to them at the time as it was 11pm & I had an early wake up the next day, so i’m unsure if they...

"Beautiful hotel. Excellent stay and wonderful grounds and peaceful. Lovely breakfast and enjoyable but only feedback would be that a few more options on the continental breakfast would have been nice. And coffee machine made warm coffee not hot. Overall I would definitely stay again, staff were so nice and our room was just amazing. Loved this hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay. We will be back to stay again. "
