"The mall was literally on the doorstep of the hotel. So many restaurants to choose from. Mind your budget though it can get expensive. The elevators failed twice during our 4 day stay. The beds were not comfortable and the pillows too soft. WiFi was kicking. Had a fridge but no microwave and bathroom was clean. The bath wash and shampoo and conditioner did not smell the best. Too masculine for me and my friend. The hotel is central to public transport and you can get everywhere within minutes."

"Amazing location, right in the middle of Westfield shopping centre. Spacious rooms, really clean. Supportive staff.
The WiFi speeds could do with an upgrade, current speeds are limited to only 20mbps and the gym area could also do with some extra machines for working different body parts."

"Booked fairly last minute. Texted the number on the booking confirmation - they replied to say they 'couldn't find my booking. After nearly an hour of texting back and forth, and them still claiming my booking didn't exist (despite sending them screenshots of the booking confirmation) they finally admitted the place had been overbooked. I was given a place in an alternative place on the same street, which was similar to the booked place but had no wifi (broken, I think) and it was very noisy...

"I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and well presented, and the view was beautiful, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.
