"Our three-day trip wouldn’t have been the same if we didn’t stay here! The owners are beautiful people and they were great hosts, they gave us all the information needed to enjoy our stay! Plus the Orange room was beautiful and with all the amenities needed for two people On the other side, if, like us, you going to a concert in the O2, this place it’s perfect and also really well connected to the rest of the city by the Victoria line!"

"We had ample space in the room for our family. Breakfast was delicious. The room was clean. Idk if there was a/c or a fan but it felt great and out of the 5 places we stayed during our travels was the coolest temperature wise. We were visiting during “the hottest weather in ages” Would recommend and would stay again."

"Reception staff really lovely always well mannered, very easy understanding of the key code and how to access the door etc. although I had a short stay the room was slightly dusty, I wish there was a mini fridge, robes and toothpaste/toothbrushes in the room. However any time I called the front desk the staff were amazing :) will definitely stay again"

"The hotel does not look like the advertised photos. The staff was basically nowhere to be found my entire stay and I had no wifi at all during my trip. There is supposedly a lift but it's inconvenient, I personally would not stay here again. It was old and quiet and almost scary. Hotel was quite run down and that would've been fine had I any interactions with the staff here. When I first arrived I could not even enter the building and had to ask a bartender to look for someone for me to enter....

"Solo traveller. Hotel is very safe and secure, in a great location between Victoria and Pimlico. You have the convenience and business of Victoria and the village feel of Pimlico. Ideally situated for tourist attractions/West End shows etc. I walked most places as so handy and felt very safe at night on my own. The hotel staff are warm, friendly, welcoming and helpful plus nothing was too much trouble. When I’m back in London, I will return. 🙂"

"I booked this for my older mum as we needed somewhere nearby where she could stay as I don’t have a spare room. I think the place offered a great location and was a really great price. I booked the single room which had a large single bed. The room was comfortable, clean and really well equipped for short stays. Lots of towels which was definitely a plus. Only a few negatives were that my mum would have liked a non slip mat for the shower as she felt it could get a little slippy. It...
