"We arrived at midnight and the check in was so so. The gentleman wasn't very friendly. Left in a hurry the next morning to an appt we had at 7 and when we came back at 8am we were graciously allowed to sleep in until noon. I had not realized I hadn't checked out. "

"Had a wonderful stay, the food was great from the hotel restaurant and the workers were beyond lovely and pleasant. Hotel was about 25 mins from IAH about 30 minutes if you are driving in traffic. Rooms were clean, to some decor may be a bit outdated but very nice nevertheless to my standards! Lots of pillows! "

"Las Vegas luxury style hotel. Definitely book here for any occasion! Rainfall shower head with dyson hair dryers. Peloton bike studio, Laundry room with seven LG washer/dryer combos. 6 min drive to MD Anderson. Also, Expedia messed up and stated I would get free parking, the hotel could not see it on their end and they still honored it. I believe them because expedia also failed to say that my car rental was all electric too. I appreciate the hotel for honoring the deal when they didn’t have to."
