"Broken shower, broken toilet, cigarette burns on all the bedding, water damaged floors. At least there were no bugs?"

"The staff was wonderful. The amenities were there. The property is under construction. The backside is on a railroad track, & it was not the cleanest by a stretch/ all around the property. The room was clean. "

"This hotel is about expectation management. It was the cheapest thing available with free cancelation and "decent" reviews. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The room was large - probably unnecessarily large. On the negative side, there was an obvious funk to the hotel. There is a bar/restaurant next door and people were loud well into the night. The toilet flush is weak, and I had to get a plunger to help. I only needed a place...

"AC was not cooling well toilet seat broken roaches n stink bugs cracked and stained tub had 5 people o ly slept 4. 1 chair no table no wifi coffee bar was a joke. Very disappointing. "
