"My experience with this hotel room was very disappointing from start to finish.
First, the check-in process was frustrating and difficult. Trying to locate the building access code, parking gate code, and room code was confusing and stressful. There was no on-site staff available to assist, and the information provided through email and text messages was inaccurate and inconsistent.
