"My experience with this hotel room was very disappointing from start to finish. First, the check-in process was frustrating and difficult. Trying to locate the building access code, parking gate code, and room code was confusing and stressful. There was no on-site staff available to assist, and the information provided through email and text messages was inaccurate and inconsistent. "The room was grossly dirty. I took pictures and shared with the desk the minute l checked in but was told that cleaning is once a week. When the lady came to clean 7 days later, she spent 5 minutes removing trash and sweeping part of the floor. She didnt change the linen or exchange the towels - company policy. This is not a hotel or motel, its a dormitory."

"The stay was amazing. Very luxurious. Shower is huge, separate soaking tub which was great. The views into the valley was gorgeous while enjoying the hot tub on the deck. Couldn't have chose a better place to stay. Will definitely stay again!!"

"We would absolutely stay here again. It was a great location close to great restaurant options and pretty views of the downtown and water. In the reviews I read the biggest complaint was the noise level. You could clear as day hear any conversations of other rooms if you were in the hallway. Once inside our rooms it wasn’t as bad but we are pretty easy sleepers and other guests were very respectful."
