"From check-in to check-out the staff at the Sofitel was phenomenal! Individually and collectively the staff was professional, personable , and knowledgeable. The Concierge helped me to set a tour of LA, the check-in assistant helped me to navigate traveling to dinner and back, and the check-out assistant helped me to quickly move about to get my ride to the airport. Magnifique!!"

"We love this hotel! So beautiful, the rooms are unique and the staff are accommodating. Location is the best, close to all the great spots along sunset, Santa Monica and Melrose. Only issue is the extra costs added after I had thought I paid an all in price. It’s a pricey stay."
