"Yes the hotel is a little older and you can see where they’ve recaulked and painted over spots in the bathroom… otherwise it was good!! Beds were comfy and clean, breakfast was good and had lots of options, staff were friendly and helpful, we even spent time at the pool and had a blast. We walked across the street to the beach easily and if you are going to a big event at the coliseum it’s about as far of a walk as a bad parking spot. Can’t beat it for the price! "Apologize, I did not get the young lady’s name that made us breakfast during my stay, but she was amazing! Super friendly and dedicated to her food being good quality as she was worried about her grits one morning lol (they were delicious by the way). "It is what it is. It’s filthy. It’s rundown. Outside is gross. Inside is gross. It’s right next to the all you can eat crab legs casino. So people still stay.
