"This is a quaint hotel in a beautiful and quiet part of Toronto. The staff are very friendly and it has been a pleasure staying here. We ate out at different restaurants so I can't comment on the food."

"Arranged for a higher floor room with a better view — the room itself was nice and service was good. That said, it wasn’t particularly quiet. There was a wedding during our stay, which led to noticeable noise in the hallways late at night. Despite being marketed as well-insulated, we could also hear highway traffic and motorcycles pretty clearly. Staff were somewhat accommodating, but overall I left a bit disappointed on that front. "Westlake Hotel is a hidden gem in Toronto. The property is so clean and their attention to detail was impressive. Because of their diligence in maintaining the property, I felt safe and very comfortable staying the Westlake. A definite return!"

"I've stayed at this property before - it gets the job done at a very reasonable price. Includes parking, and the location is conveniently located near the major highways and TTC bus routes that can take you to the subway system or to the GO station nearby."

"My room had a strange T configuration and the bathroom was right next to the bed with thin walls. Even with the door closed, I could hear the toilet water running all night as it had a slow leak. The room itself was clean. I appreciated that there were no carpets. The coffee cups provided in the room were too small for the size of coffee the pods produce so I made a big mess. One should select the espresso setting, not lungo ! The Café food was average. Otherwise, the location made up for all...

"Location Location! A great hotel, traditional finishes and some more dated accommodations than other options but the staff and convenience of the location really added the extra value. Clearly unique in that it's directly attached to the Rogers Centre but that also made it fun! Dinner overlooking the ball diamond was fun to take in as well. A classic stay, great central area and walking distance to essentially everything!! "

"Die beispiellose Freundlichkeit des Personals hat uns positiv überrascht. Die Sauberkeit war super. Nur beim Frühstück hätten wir uns etwas mehr Abwechslung gewünscht. Wenn man 8 Nächte bleibt werden die immer gleichen Wurst und Käsesorten langweilig. Richtiges Brot haben wir ebenfalls vermisst. Da man doch öfter hin und her zum Buffet laufen muss wäre ein Tablett toll."
