"My only complaint, and it is a minor one, was that the wait staff in the attached Garden restaurant were not very good about keeping an eye on customer needs. For example, at our final dinner there, my travelling companion accidentally knocked over his water glass and as a result, the table top was awash. "Walked into the room and it smelled like smoke and saw a cockroach in the bathroom. We left all the lights on for our whole stay and made sure nothing was left out of our suitcase. I did not see any bed bugs which is another thing I was worried about. I went to Walmart and bought sealable vacuum bags & the vacuum that comes with for our clothes.
Room was not very clean. There was crumbs on floor and shower the tub was very slippery. "

"The resort gives a great beautiful resort feel upon arrival and the variety of pools (with lots of chair options) you can go to is wonderful. However, the rooms are dated, house keeping either didn’t show up or didn’t come until nearly 7 pm. We stayed here for waterpark access but would have been better off paying for a day pass. Would not stay again as it’s not worth the price. "

"Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, excellent location to Phoenix Airport and Cubs ballpark. We took advantage of a super discount for a room for a week. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for in that regards. Small closet, well loved couch with huge stain, noisy air conditioner, worn wooden drawers. Only 3 small drawers and very small sink. Friends who have Hyatt loyalty points loved their room. The bed was comfortable though."
