"This was a great hotel, clean, cleaning staff very attentive maintenance came quickly when needed for a minor issue. The only thing that was a bummer was no indoor pool and just needed a little bit more of a variety of breakfast options. Also, when checking in I had a older Caucasian lady that assisted with our checking in she was ok BUT I did notice that although she wasn't assisting anyone upon our arrival she was carrying on a conversation that was I guess a little more important than...

"The room needs to be updated with better furniture not necessarily new but better, dust all on the vents. One of the vents didn't even have a cover. The kitchen table is an old wooden table which is peeling/ripping apart. Not worth the price, thats all I'm saying. Some.of the other amenities waa good though. Check in was easy, juat all the fees they have. Insurance on the property isnt an option. Either this price () nonrefundable or a higher price which is refundable within 7-10 business...

"Checked in later than expected but I made sure to contact the resort to let them know. Once my family arrived we were giving keys to our unit. When I opened the door to our unit, I was disappointed because we did not get a remodeled unit. I phoned down to front desk to inquire about it and hopefully we could get switched, but the lady told me I would have to wait to speak with the managers Ashley or Grant in the morning, and she would make a note. Of course I never received a follow up call...
