"Parking is a big issue in this place, its an extra 25 pounds a nite. Parkings outside (the street) are only with coins. The receptionists the day of the arrival weren’t pleasant at all, one of them helped me as I couldn’t figure out how to park outside but the other wasn’t even kind enough to even guide me to my room when I asked her to repeat the instructions.I was given a room that took me two different elevators to get to. "Very well located, spacious and well kept. Unfortunately they put us in a room right at the entrance of their second building in our first night. Our bed was right in front of the main door, so anyone could see us and we could hear every one that was coming in + the cleaning team at 6am next morning. Also the air conditioning was not working. Next day they moved us to a far better room that I believe should better reflect their standards. Make sure you don’t get that 1st family room!"

Cuando te envían el código para accesar al departamento solo hasta ese momento menciona que no hay elevador. Y al llegar al edificio descubres que son 5 pisos y tardaron 20 minutos en avisar cuál era el número de apartamento. "Loved how stylish and clean this hotel was. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We stayed only one night, but the size of the room and the mini kitchen would have made for a very comfortable multi-night stay. The 24 hour coffee and complimentary croissants in the morning. were much appreciated."

"Beautiful hotel with small but perfectly formed rooms. We were upgraded to a room with a view of the castle which was tiny but lovely. The bar area is fantastic and the Whisky Bar was our downfall (thanks to Dario who is an expert!) Will definitely return"

"The apartment was huge and the location was great!! It was easy to get around, Princes Street Gardens was right across the street with a view of the castle! The apartment was clean. There was a Nespresso machine but no pods unfortunately. If you have heavy luggage, it will be difficult to access the apartment. There is a circular staircase and no elevator. This wasn’t a problem for us though but I can see it being a problem for others. We only stayed one night but worked perfectly for our needs."
