One negative that we experienced was when we arrived we waited for a while before anyone came and when they did they simply gave us our key, told us our room and that was it. No warmth, not very friendly and was a bit of a shame. Left us both thinking it was a bit off. Other than that, the hotel was lovely. "

"The hotel is generally okay with a nice pool and gym area. The rooms really need some love and care. We had to move to another room as the radiator thermostate (tap) was broken off at full on so we were far too hot. The new room was a much better temperature, but the loo roll holder had gone so you end up holding the toilet paper like being on a camping trip. "We had a wonderful 2 night stay at The Crown Inn. The location is perfect and easy to find, parking was simple in the car park opposite. We had the four poster room which was amazing. Very spacious and a massive bathroom too. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. We loved our stay "

"The hotel was nice and modern in a convenient location. There is a pub n grill downstairs as well as a starbucks which i thought was very convenient for a good meal n some coffee. There’s also a gym with swimming n jacuzzi which however you have to pay to use despite being a paying hotel guest. My only complaint was that our room was not cleaned even when we put a sign outside our door asking for it to be tidied up.
