"Ideal room for a couples nights in the centre of town. Had everything we needed. Only downfall was the shower and cooker. Shower pressure and temperature wasn’t good. Kept going from scolding hot to freezing cold with very little pressure. The cooker control knobs did not work properly and at one point wouldn’t turn off (very dangerous) so we had to unplug from the wall. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. "

"Triple booked the apartment, we were left on the street with no alternative accomodation with another family , couldnt even speak to anyone until 10pm then told we had knowhere to sleep."

"Hotel.com act like a scam. I didn't know that the Ty Nant hotel was only for students. After contacting Hotels.com several times, it was impossible to get the deposit back. Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions. But definitely it will have a impact on people when they're read my review on Trustpilot. "

"The house was nice. It has decent space for 2 people. The garden is quite private and parking area is very convenient. The kitchen was very very well equipped. i.e. there was a Tefal air fryer, capsule coffee machine, cooking tools, dishwasher, washing machine etc. Everything was brand new and clean in the kitchen. But we couldn't find coffee capsules to use the coffee machine which could have been provided. We used the instant coffee bags instead. There were not any basics of cooking like...
