"The room was clean, pleasant and windows you could open! The beds were very comfy. We enjoyed our small evening snack, breakfast and lunch dishes. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I enjoyed the pool and sauna. They don't have a jacuzzi but a refreshing jacuzzi type cool pool to use after the sauna. We loved the calm and Monet-esque gardens and look forward to our next visit when the outdoor pool and flowers are out. "

"We had a wonderful experience at The Mortimer’s Arms. If you are visiting Paultons Park/Peppa Pig World, the location is unbeatable (within walking distance). The hotel is exceptionally dog-friendly. They provided a water bowl, treats, and a toy for our dog, which was such a lovely gesture. (The Indian restaurant staff was very friendly as well, but it was Valentine's Day and we had not made a reservation, so we went to the pub.) We thoroughly enjoyed our experience there!
