"The Sleepy Bear was a wonderful surprise. We booked to save money and because of the great reviews. It did not disappoint. Everything was spotless: linens crisp, towels fresh, parking lot without a scrap of trash. The AC worked great, the shower was hot, water pressure surprisingly good, and a cooked to order breakfast. Would happily stay again. "

"Coffee maker was not cleaned all the days. Coffee cups were not placed during my stay except 1st day. Beeakfast didn't had the labels. Being vegetarian and a nut allergic kid this was a big concern to me. Only one hot pool was operational and outside pool is under repair, while when I inquired earlier I was told all the pools are open and operational"

"I seldom complete reviews but the stark contrast between the attractiveness of this hotel and room (balcony, hot tub, fireplace) and the comfort of the mattress was stark. After hiking over 14 miles in the mountains, the mattress still felt like sleeping on the ground. I expect a better mattress from Hilton."
