"I would caution about the room allocation. We booked a superior room, as did our friends. Our friends were allocated a high room with a nice view - what I expected when booking judging by the pictures of the room type and from a previous visit. We paid the same price as our friends. We arrived later - at 01.30am after a 12 hour delayed flight. We were allocated a ground floor room without a decent view and with a tiny shower room.
