"The hotel is well located- super accessible and the staff is friendly. My major beefs were with the cleanliness of the room and noise. I don’t understand how, with a handheld shower head, there can be someone’s hair on the wall. And even worse, how after another cleaning, that same hair can still be there. Being thorough is a lost art. The noise issues were strange because they weren’t the expected city sounds- it kept sounding like something large was breaking or falling throughout the night....

"Only one thing,as a frequent visitor to NYC my stay in Kixby was not so restful at night because the air conditioning unit was beside my bed and air was blowing down on me I practically have to cover my face with pillows to sleep. But the mattress and covers were soft and warm enough which allowed me to have some sleep other than that, I loved how housekeeping responded quickly when I asked for something. Shower was invigorating. Towels were changed daily and bed made. Thanks. Love NYC always"

The whole staff was super nice and helpful: perfect location near shop, food, train station, and Koreatown. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit. The room was super clean."

"Everything was amazing nice clean and pretty! Me and my fiancé stayed on the 26th floor and it was beautiful scenic and lovely. Will be coming back on our next visit to nyc!"

"Loved the rooftop bar. However after 7:00pm they do not let anyone under 21 up there. Our kids are 17 and 15. It would have been nice after a long day of walking to go up there have a snack and relax before going to our room. I understand small children you don't want running around and screaming up there to kill the ambiance but let teens of guests staying at the hotel up there at least until 9:00 pm."
