"There was no hot water in the shower and the bed was so old that the springs were sagging and every time one of us moved the other one moved. The breakfast was old granola bars and coffee that was terrible. The only ice machine is in the lobby and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since it was installed. The parking lot didn’t have enough spaces for the amount of rooms that were there. We were told to park across the street at the casino’s free parking."

"This is a simple hotel with all the amenities you need. In our case, we wanted to be outdoors the whole weekend, so we didn't need a fancy hotel, just a place to sleep. Be aware that if you arrive late in the evening, you will have to call a phone number to talk to an operator to check in and get your key out of a lock box."

"Great stay for a wedding. The staff was incredible - upgraded our room to a suite for no additional fee which was awesome & had an ample amount of space. Only thing to note is that they didn’t have central cooling in the room, which makes sense for a lodge-type resort, but they did have an external a/c unit in the living room area. It is connected to the wall, so it’s not portable/ couldn’t move into the bedroom. Not a huge deal, but something to note for anyone looking at the king suite /...

"The rooms were very clean, the pool is amazing, bikes trails and golfing everything was perfect and very relaxing. Went with my family during Memorial Day weekend. Perfect time to getaway, not as much traffic as you expect."

While the property is relatively new, the room did not appear to have been properly cleaned before my arrival. There was a dirty towel left in the room, stains on the sheets, chips on the floor, and the toilet was not clean. "Fabulous view. Great service. Tryout there new Mexican restaurant hidden in the side . Ask for Guided hiking tours. They arranged sailing for us as well. It from anywhere and everything. I will strongly advise to rent a car at the airport. Keep it up team Ritzy."
