"i only needed to stay one night but check in was easy, place was quite even though its located near what seems to be a busy street and it was located near lots of things. The big issue was that the A/C was down. they were very apologetic and had a pair of fans already going in the room when i got there and they were extending a discounted rate to the guest because of the issue. other than that It was a nice stay. Its nothing extravagant, its an older hotel but if you just need some sleeping quarters, this will do."

"Lovely property! We arrived a bit early and our cabin was ready, but I didn't realize that the forest side cottages were across the street (I booked this too quickly). So I asked if a lakeside upgrade was available (#32) and indeed it was -- and it was cute and quaint and right by the lake (parking lot in the way, but that's ok). The unit was super clean and you can tell someone put a lot of love and cute details into it. Full kitchen and big fridge and plenty of space for the two of us. It's rustic, so expect an older style, but very fitting for Tahoe and very functional. The beach is fantastic and even has a pier on which we practiced yoga. There are chaise lounges available and we didn't even have to fight for them :) -- there were plenty. Staff was kind enough to give us a checkout 1 hour later and we were also able to enjoy the beach until it was time to head to the airport. Would absolutely come back -- next year? Highly recommend. Private beach in Tahoe -- enough said!"

"$37 for a martini was a bit much. Trash in the hall way and a leaky hallway ceiling were on two different floors. Poop bags were not replaced during my three day stay. This was at the lawn in the back. The door to get to that lawn is not accessible with a room key forcing people with their dogs to walk all the way to the side doors. We used a rock to prop the door open so we could get back in. The staff was fantastic in all departments."
