"Cons
The rooms feel dated.
The room itself was definitely on the older side, both in appearance and smell. We were placed downstairs, and you could hear the guests above us walking around at all hours of the morning and night.
The beds are very firm.
If you're looking for that fluffy, comfortable hotel bed experience, this probably isn't it. The beds were quite hard and not very comfortable for us.
the carpet was FILTHY.
This was probably one of my biggest issues. Our one-year-old isn't walking...

"Loved how close the resort is to Heavenly Village. Parking is to expensive when you add on the $57 daily resort fee...that is quite a large amount of money considering what you pay to begin with. We did not like the rasberry syrup poured over the keylime pie. We payed $25 for keylime pie and all we tasted was syrup. We couldn't even eat it. The service was slow in the outside restaurant facing the road. But the bed was very comfortable. Room very clean."
