"This is our second stay at the Royal Plaza and the hotel never disappoints. Excellent staff, both at reception, as well as the maids who tidy up the rooms everyday. The hotel and the room we stayed in was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is located at Mong Kok East MTR whilst a five minute walk takes you to Mong Kok. This alone makes it very convenient when travelling around Hong Kong and the New Territories. If you like staying on the Kowloon side look no further than the Royal Plaza. Will not hesitate to book again in the future. Highly recommended to everyone."

"Fantastic hotel situated in an ideal location - 5-6 mins away from 2 MTR stations. Staff were professional and helpful. 1 room (of 2) initially wasn't ready on time, but they made an extra effort to keep us informed whilst we waited. Hotel bathroom was a little tired, but everything else was in good condition. High standards maintained - will stay here again. "

"Location was good for us that wanted to go Disneyland but not staying there (as getting out of Disneyland was a crazy rush and staying nearby helped since we were all exhausted), and was convenient getting to the city gate outlet mall & airport with interval shuttle bus services by the hotel! "

"Location is very good, we checked in on 1st June 2024, which is my daughter's birthday, hotel gave us a free upgrade, and a gift, a pleasant surprise."

"There were shuttles available to and from places we wanted to explore closer to the hotel, with the option to scan a QR code to track its location for when you want to leave (though I had issues using this). There is a bus stop located across the street and one a little further up. The staff were able to help us with any navigation/questions we had. We booked a room with breakfast included and we were very happy with it. Breakfast has both western and Asian options. One downside was that the gym was unavailable during our stay. Check-in and check-out was quick and simple. They were also able to help call a taxi for our early flight. Would consider staying here again next time we visit Hong Kong!"
