Friendly staff and clean room. Location is near a train station (2 stop to Xi men ding) and bus stop. There are also convenient store and restaurant around the corner.

Hotel is less than 5mins walk from the nearest MRT, very convenient. Plenty of eateries within 10-15 mins walk. Sound proofing not good so light sleepers should avoid. Everything else is rather decent. Basic essentials are available. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Would come again.

As for all the comments you find its value as timeless Taiwanese style business hotel located among probably the busiest metro station in business district yet in a quiet neighborhood ( with its charming Taiwanese cuisine buffet on request). Mind the bed heading towards the corridor hall for the sound insulation. Cheers.

スタッフの方がとても親切丁寧で気持ちがよかったです。夜中にチェックアウトだったのですが、タクシーも呼んでくれて運転手さんに行き先も伝えてくれてとても助かりました。 部屋の広さは友人と一緒でツインルームでしたが、あまり広くはないですが机もあり荷物を広げるには十分でした。 トイレットペーパーが流せなかったのと、その紙を入れるゴミ箱が蓋がなかったので少し臭いも気になり残念でした。気になるのはそのくらいで1人で泊まるには最適なので次回も利用したいと思います。

立地は良い

松江南京駅から徒歩3分ぐらいの便利な場所にあり、立地で良いので何度か泊まっています １フロアに10室あるかないかのこじんまりした宿 最低限の物は揃っていますが、タオルがゴワゴワしているのが残念 フロントにコーヒーと袋入りスナック菓子が置いてあります 廊下がトイレのような匂いがするせいか、エアファンが回っていましたが数日経ったら慣れました 寝に帰るだけなら問題ないと思います

・フロントの方、朝食会場の方など出会ったスタッフさんは皆さん日本語で対応していただけたので助かったし、嬉しかった。 ・チェックイン前の荷物預かりも助かりました。 ・3階の部屋で、窓は有りましたが開ける事は出来ませんでした。 朝食会場の屋外テラスで朝食摂れたのも良かったです。 凄く良い滞在でした。

すぐ横で工事をしていたのもあり、工事の音がうるさいのてと道が通れないこともあったのが不便でした。 ホテルは新年の贈り物をいただけたりとても良かったですが、部屋が狭いのが残念ポイントです。(ドア開けたらすぐ横にベッドとか厳しいです……)

リノベーションしてるが、かなり古い施設であり、各所に気になるところが目立つ。ツインルームは、かなり狭い。大きなスーツケースは広げるのは無理では無いかという狭さ。窓はあったが、となりのマンションと顔合わせしてしまいそうな近さである。部屋の清掃も床は長い髪の毛が落ちており、清潔とは思えない。Wi-Fiも繋がりにくく遅かった。 スタッフの対応や、毎日変化がある朝食、そして松山南京駅の3番出口から3分ほどのロケーションは満足度が高い。 ただし、選ばれるホテルとするならばもう少し アップデートが必要と思う。

良い点 銀行系オフィス街の駅交差点から2、3分に位置して、バス停も四方に行ける路線がある。油街化まで一本で20分でいけたので、離れてても使い勝手でカバー。 食べ物、オフィス街なので、土日閉まる店が多い、カフェは上島珈琲店など無休であいてたので日本人にはよい。台湾専門店が少ないエリアといえる。 MRT地下にチェーン店パン屋と、ドラッグストアがある。 セブンファミマなどは、ホテルからの近くに沢山あり、スーパー全キヨウが5分先北東角にあり。 夜間静かなエリア。 スタッフ、常駐してるので安心、フレンドリーなかたおおし。 設備は古いが、バスタブあるホテルが台湾は少ないので貴重。シャワーの使い方にテクがいる、ノーマルに正面向いて使うと水浸しになります。 TV？がなぜか接続悪かつた、Wi-Fiがあるので自前でYouTubeみてことたりたが。 悪い点 少ないですが、たまに排水の汚水の匂いが上がってきて、こまつた。シャワーと部屋のしきりは隙間があるのでにおつてくる。 Wi-Fiがたまにキレる、接続できなかつた。 窓なしにとまつたから、次回は窓付きがいいかな。 トイレは台湾式で、ウォシュレット出ない

MRTの松江南京駅が近く便利。 ホテルの周りはオフィス街？銀行とかが多くて静かなエリア。 少し歩くと飲食店とか屋台とかもあってちょうどいい街。 レセプションの人たちはみんな親切。日本語ができる人も多い。 部屋のWi-Fiが弱かったのと、洗面所にハンドソープがないのだけが不便だった。 外観は古そうに見えるけど中はちゃんと綺麗だった。
