建物はやや古いが部屋はきれいです。冷房の調節が手動のみで難しい 。シャワーもお湯出るまで時間かかるけど、夏なら問題ない 。全体としては満足です。

Cannot adjust temperature of air conditioner Poor air circulation. I breathed lots of invisible dust and caused runny nose. Still, customer service is fairly good. Silent and convenient place.

事前に読んだ口コミ通りで施設はそこそこ古いが清掃も行き届いており何より家族経営風の温かみがある接客なので良かったです。 前は大きな駐車場と公園？のようになっており夜は静かです。 チェックイン、チェックアウトは自動機になっています。 操作方法は簡単なのですが早朝出発の為かチェックアウトができず、仕方なくカードキーをカウンターに置いてきました。 湯舟がないことはわかっていましたがエレベーターもありません。 部屋には冷蔵庫もありませんし髭剃りもありませんので注意してください。 自動チェックインになっているため深夜の時間は人がいません。 ＡＭ3時のモーニングコールを頼んだところ携帯へ掛けていただき助かりました。 タクシー手配も正確に依頼されており時間ピッタリに配車ありました。 次回再度ゆっくりとしたときに宿泊したいと思います。

有用心維護CP值超高的飯店

***雙人床房型ＮＯ.３１０*** 浴室設備：4顆星-乾淨整潔且大小適中，洗手台的水龍頭有點大，不小心一下子打開會容易用濕衣服之類。希望其他入住的旅客有點公德心，飯店是禁菸的，但是應該有人在廁所偷抽，因此我們第二天早上進入浴室有聞到些許煙味。 隔音設備：4.5顆星-原本以為住3樓鄰近公園，早上會很吵~沒想到隔音出乎意料的好非常安靜。也幾乎沒有聽到隔壁房間人的聲音。原本以為是不是沒人住，不過隔天發現都有人住。隔音真的很不錯！稍可惜的是確實空調聲較大，但還好頻率一致不至於覺得太吵。 地理位置：5顆星-捷運、公車步行皆可到達飯店，且離士林夜市真的很近。逛完很累~可以快速回飯店休息！讚！且附近機能十分方便。 清潔程度：5顆星-一進大廳就可以感覺到乾淨整潔，房間也很乾淨整潔。 服務態度：4.5顆星-服務人員都滿親切的！ 整體評價：4.6顆星-CP值真的很高，假日來說價錢很划算，但服務、環境整潔卻沒有因此打折，雖然是較老舊的建築，但是卻有感受到飯店經營者維護的用心，有機會會再次光臨的飯店~並且是值得推薦的！入住前有看過一些負評，但真的覺得沒有那麼誇張！我覺得要公平一點以飯店的價位，而非以5星昂貴飯店的標準去評估。

The room we stayed were clean and service at the Hotel were very nice. The attendant assist us with loading and unloading of language although the hotel do not have an elevator

Our room was big for 3 people. The hotel though was a little bit far from the train station but it was perfect if you want a quiet neighborhood. It was right across the pafk and beside wellcome supeemarket. There are a lot of local restos aroubd the area. It is pretty close to the shilin night market. The staff especially micky was very accommodating and helpful. We got there earlier than the check-in time but he accommodated us. He also arranged our taichung tour for a lesser price than the ones found online. The room was very clean and cozy. Great hotel!

旅館主人很友善，房間也蠻乾淨，每天都有人打掃，士林夜市也在附近，只是離捷運站有一段小距離，搬行李可能有點不方便，整體滿意。

恐らく家族経営であろう、ホテルの従業員の方々はとても親切。 街の中心部からは離れるが、士林市場から徒歩10分程度の立地は、夜市を楽しむには◎ ただセントラルコントロールのエアコンから、冬に冷たい風が出ており部屋が寒かったのと、洗面台の栓が毎回スタックして困ったのがマイナスポイント。
