"Such a lovely adult hotel with direct access to the promenade and beach. Gorgeous room with jacuzzi on the balcony and beautiful view over the pool towards the sea. Food was superb, plenty choice, lovely and fresh. Book the spa €14 for the hour, so relaxing and worth the money. Staff are a credit to the hotel, all so friendly and welcoming, it’s easy to understand why people return. "

"Loved our stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean and rooms we very nice. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Loads of sunbeds around the lovely pool. Only had breakfast but the food was excellent with very good choice. Fresh omlettes. Entertainment every night. The hotel was opposite a huge beach and there we lots of nice bars and restaurant for the evening."

"I cannot fault the hotel in any way. My girlfriend and I had the most amazing experience. The greeting we received from the staff when we arrived, to the spotless room. The restaurant el Vulcan was amazing! We visited the spa also, another fantastic experience. Thank you to all the staff for an amazing hospitality- it was second to none. Food is so good ignore all the bad reviews we were super impressed, cocktails and premium brand drinks on the All inclusive were the best we have had, staff all super friendly, I had 2 massages whilst there & they were booth amazing.
