"The stay was great. Quiet. Enjoyable. Breakfast buffet was good. Although no bacon..but enjoyable nonetheless. I was upset that i was authorized 87.00 at check in when i was only advised 40.00. My room charges were prepaid..so i would have like to have clarification. In fact i wasnt even told. I happen to see the authorization on my banking app. Other than that, i would book again..as the property is located in the thick of shopping and its a nice neighborhood. "

"Our room was very clean and housekeeping stopped by almost daily, which is unheard of these days. There was fruit infused water, coffee and cookies offered every afternoon in the lobby, which was appreciated. The hotel is very updated as well. The breakfast had great hot offerings. Regarding the rooms, the bathroom was spacious and there was comfortable furniture. Towels were a bit crispy and the bed linens could be softer, though. The location was convenient to highways as well as shopping and dining. We felt safe in the area. We will definitely seek to return to this hotel on our next visit."

"The hotel was nice, parking was free, and the hotel listed "pet-friendly" as one of it's amenities. I am thankful for that, however, I paid a nonrefundable $100 "deposit" for having a small dog with me. This should have been in the listing. I'm very disappointed-I literally chose this hotel for the pet-friendly listing and the lack of "deposit"."

"Terrible conditions… the property it self is ran down. Definitely not kept up with. There’s crackheads everywhere. They keep the doors propped open with rocks so that their people can come in and out when they please. The elevators are broken so you have no choice but to take the creepy stairwell. My window had huge holes in the screens where it appeared someone had climbed through at some point. The room smelled terrible and the door frames were sketch. There was a gap in the door and the lock where it appeared maybe someone had wedged something through before to enter. Do not stay here. "

"Was not made aware that the pool was not going to be open or that breakfast was not being served. There was a sign that said we could cancel our stay but what was I going to do pay double for booking at the last minute?It cost me an extra $60-$80 to for breakfast & was not offered a discount. The hotel was not as nice or clean as my previous stay. The ice machines were out of order, there was no vending machines, and front counter didn't have any snack or drinks in their cooler. Would not reccomend or stay at this facility again."
