Great cabins and wonderful stay. We stayed in one of the cabins without a full kitchenette but yoi can use the facilities in the main cabin including washing machine and dryer (for a small fee), cooker, bbq. The managers have a campfire each night and yo cam sit around and chat and eat s'mores or you can relax on the deck of your cabin.

The cabins were excellent. Homely, high spec, detached with parking out front. Mike the Owner would have picked us up from the train station if we’d asked and dropped us there once leaving, although it was only a 9 minute walk.
The cabin had heating, a ceiling fan, two large double beds, a kitchenette and great shower in the bathroom. There was a rocking chair plus table & 2 chairs in the room too. Nice fluffy towels and shampoo/conditioner. If we ever decided to go to Talkeetna again, we’d...

Due to following directions on Milepost, rather than using a sat nav, we had some difficulty finding the hotel initially. Do use a sat nav, as the hotel signs are very discrete and non-existent on the main road. We arrived somewhat precipitously and had to rush our check in so that we...
