"Cons: The hotel was run down. The room was awful. It looked like something had chewed the bottom of our door. There was a brown substance on the wall by the toilet, the toilet seat was broken. We had a hole in the wall where the plumbing was. The floors were not clean. When we were checking in someone had to ask for fresh sheets because theirs were dirty. , I did try to cancel and get a refund so I could go somewhere else and they refused. "I will never stay here again. We arrived AFTER CHECK IN and was told our room wasn’t ready.. ok no biggy I guess. TWO HOURS LATER, was told they found us a room and said some boxers came in and wanted rooms and basically gave mine away! ALLLL NIGHT and when I mean ALL night I mean it, it sounded like a wrestling match all around us! I called and went down there and kept being told “I’ll talk to them”… I almost did my self! Finally got to sleep after 1am! Woke up at 7 to get breakfast at 730...

"The room was spacious and comfortable. There was a full refrigerator, a microwave sink and even a dishwasher. A separate space with a sofa and tv. The beds were very comfortable."

"This hotel was so dirty. We had long black hair in the sink (my husband and I are blondes) Looked like blood marks on our wall. The hallways carpet was dirty and everything smelled. Wish we could have continued our trip instead of staying there. Total waste of money. The most disgusted hotel I have ever stayed at."

It is the worst experience that we have ever had Gas was siphoned out of our car, there what seemed to be dope fiends walking around looking like zombies asking for cigarettes hanging out in the hallway. It looked like there was suspicious activity everywhere. The rooms were terribly unkept and unclean lights didn't work in the room at all. We had to turn on the TV to get some source of light. "Mid breakfast, all of the staff is outside smoking, a whole group, while there’s a line at the desk, we’re out of plates and silverware, and the whole place is packed. Rooms are dirty. We had to wear shoes in the room because there were wet seeping stains all over the carpet, everywhere. Only one of the mattresses had an encasement on it, which made me nervous, but I did a thorough search and didn’t find any bedbugs so that’s good.
