The hotel was at least dry and out of the elements. The pool area along with our room were not overly clean or well maintained. The water park looked enticing online and seemed to be a hit with families looking for a fun stay, but the water in the pool, splash area and hot tub was very dingy and had a film. The floor of the splash area is either stained or dirty but definitely needs maintenance. Our beds were not very comfortable and overall the hotel seemed a bit run down. It was good enough for us to travel to see the races, but not one I would come back to. The staff were very friendly overall. Also we could hear conversations in neighboring rooms and could hear people walking/running even with the TV on and we were on the 4th floor.

reservation was ridiculous I was asked 4 times for my card number before giving up and reserving with the front desk . theroom was not very clean and the dirty washcloth hanging over the shower rod was disturbing along with a dirty tub. ( I really wanted to give the cleaning crew a lesson on what a little vinegar and dish soap sprayed on and using a mr clean eraser would do to clean the tub) and the carpet was filthyI wouldn’t have stayed if my great granddaughter wouldn’t have cried because it was her Fifth birthday present. the pool area was it even worse between the rust missing tiles water drains not even. I tripped twice on them. no covers on plugs near water broken pipes wayer shooting put pr a random part of the pool

This hotel was extremely humid. It has a nice pool with a splash area but because of it the entire hotel is humid. We were unable to get the humidity out of our room even with cool air temps.

Nice size room, bed was comfy, pool & hot tub nice, only downfall was breakfast, not only do you have to pay for what other hotels give you complimentary, it wasn't stocked, maybe 6 people in the dining area & there was hardly any food, all the hit items were about empty, we ended up going out to eat.

This is the second time my family has stayed at this location. Both times the staff were very helpful and friendly. During this recent stay I was shocked to see not one but TWO mice running loose in the breakfast area. We spoke to two diffferent staff members and one came took a look and walked away. The front desk lady claimed she had captured them; how? We continued to see them in the area. Keep in mind this is where breakfast is offered and served to guest. I would not advise guest to partake in any meals be offered. Hopefully they will take care of their rodent problem.

Staff was not very professional when they saw that I booked through hotels.com. put us in a horrible room location, because it was all they had available on last minute, but I booked 2 weeks out and app showed several rooms available. Door wouldn't lock, stay shut, unless you locked it from the inside. Tub faucet was broken, toilet paper holder was broken, Housekeeping started vacuuming outside room at 7:30 a.m. Hot tub jets didn't work, bottom of hot tub felt gritty, sandy.

Nice Hotel, décor, amenities, really liked my room, the location is close to many necessities including a highway, food and shopping. Felt safe, lots of lighting, friendly staff and breakfast.
