"Michelle, the receptionist told us she’s upgraded our rooms to an Executive Suite from a standard queen room which was a lie as that room was located at the corner of L1 where the traffic noise can be heard day and night. It doesn’t help when the windows were single glazed. After swapping rooms for a middle Standard room on the same floor, the noise has lessened. I noticed all Asians were put on L1. "Wir haben uns mehr erwartet. Auf den Fotos sah es modern aus, aber das Zimmer war nicht modern und das Badezimmer äußerst klein. Es könnte definitiv modernisiert werden. Es hat aber für uns gepasst."

"Clean rooms, nice and quiet. Although this may have been because I requested an upper floor. But that request was granted as was our request to check out at midday. The hotel was very accommodating and the staff very helpful. The only downside is that it is about a 15-20min walk to the centre of town, but we didn’t find that a major drawback and walked everywhere. I highly recommend this property."
