While we met some truly excellent people, there were a number who were just doing a good job and lacked a bit of energy and desire to go the extra mile. "Hotel was right on the freeway and they charge for parking which seems out of line for that kind of Hotel. Beds a bit worn. The place was clean, but just not what I would expect from from a Hilton. "

"Nice room and location. Slow check in. Ordinary breakfast with powdered eggs, cold biscuits, and sausage. Ok in a pinch or with a family, but we had hoped for a little more. They have a great happy hour with three free drinks and hot snacks, but it was crowded, nowhere to sit, and a long line for the free drinks. We opted for the very nice nearby restaurants. It has a small pool and only two elevators. After checking the great reviews, we were disappointed. Not sure we would try it again."

So we had to keep going back to the front desk moving our luggage from floor to floor. Finally the third room was ready for us to occupy after some time. No communication between staff. "Breakfast is not included and costing $17.99 per person. That’s too much. Also, blankets and bed had some strain’s like used one. Ok to stay for just overnight. "

"Canyon Pool bar and grill didn't open at the time advertised. There is not 2 restaurants on site, only the Canyon Grill, which is at the pool and has limited hours. Prices were quite high too. The room was supposed to have a main kitchen and 2nd bedroom have a small kitchen area, it didn't have any type of kitchen in 2nd bedroom. Master bedroom had 2 tubes of used toothpaste on counter, fork in dishwasher and coffee spill in kitchen sink.Communication to/from property was ignored. I sent emails...
