"Staff is friendly and welcoming!"

"Upon arrival, found no hairdry and notify the front desk asking for one. The front desk staff say will deliver one. However, no hairdryer delivered. The next day. asked the same staff at the front desk for hairdryer and replied already delivered but will do for the 2nd time. Yet, still no hairdryer delivered after a few hours. So. I have ask for it for the 3rd time to the same staff at the front desk to get the hairdryer. It seems that the staff training is desperately needed on this...

"This hotel was nice but overpriced for what you get. Pool was small. Elevators didn’t work properly and the staff was a bit rude. "

"Did not participate in any activities. Ran into several pet owners in the elevator that seemed pleasant. And there was a disposal and poo bags available outside. "

"We recently went on a 10-day road trip and stayed at a variety of hotels. This property was clean and we enjoyed our stay. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is because as a family of 6, we enjoyed other, more spacious rooms, at other hotels. Otherwise, this was a great facility and the pool was clean and breakfast was great."

"Very nice hotel room. Construction going on but didn't bother us at all. Swim pool was clean and the hot tub was working. Continental breakfast was minimal even for continental standards. First key given to us was for an unclean room but staff righted the situation immediately. Overall, we would book again. "

"No coffee maker, the bed frame squeaked every time I moved, 2 weeks without changing sheets or towels is too long, having to take my own trash outside to the large trash receptacle wasn’t good"

"Bathroom was fairly dirty with stains on the wall and a very dirty shower curtain. Also a lot of hair on the bathroom floor. The rooms fridge had a broken leg and kept tipping forward. Was rough to deal with with a 11month old trying to stand up on it while it would tip forward. Ac controls were mostly all snapped off. Walls had a few big sections with holes and ripped off paint spots were things were moved from with no attempt to patch or paint over. "

"Canyon Pool bar and grill didn't open at the time advertised. There is not 2 restaurants on site, only the Canyon Grill, which is at the pool and has limited hours. Prices were quite high too. The room was supposed to have a main kitchen and 2nd bedroom have a small kitchen area, it didn't have any type of kitchen in 2nd bedroom. Master bedroom had 2 tubes of used toothpaste on counter, fork in dishwasher and coffee spill in kitchen sink.Communication to/from property was ignored. I sent emails...

"For an extended stay hotel, it did not have a coffee machine or anything else in the kitchenette (fridge and microwave was present) just was not kept well … few outlets next to bed, WiFi was iffy"

"I paid for a 2 bed and got 1. The whole facility was disgusting. I walked in the room and walked right back out. It was filthy. Didn't even stay there. Didn't feel safe to even go talk to anyone about it. Will absolutely never recommend this place to anyone. "
