"Excellent room, at least 4 star out of 5. The only problem is the toilet n bathroom are in different building. Highly recommended!"

"Very tastefully decorated and beautifully furnished accommodation with lovely views out over Lake Taupo. The suite had everything we needed and more. Lots of lovely little touches. Breakfast was excellent. Liz and Steve were very welcoming hosts and we would not hesitate to recommend Belle Vue. We shall certainly stay here again if we come back to Taupo."

"Opened back our bed to a blood stained sheet. No proper door handle to go into the bathroom Have done a rough paint job inside where you can see all the buts that they missed. Cold tap made a dreadful noise when turned on...needed fixing. Wardrobe to hang up things had no pole to hang anything on. Never stayed in a place that was so rough. The picture online was lovely but was nothing like the place."

"Close to town area clean ,helpful , good sized kitchen. The only complaint could be about heating. Good if there was a more efficient heater since it was a very cold night"

"We stayed at Grandeau Thermal Spa Resort on the 16th–17th of May and unfortunately left feeling quite disappointed overall.
