"Our room was all that we wanted; a large and comfortable bed, great water pressure in the shower, nice view of the Acropolis, and the A/C worked well. The room was very clean but there was this odor that took getting used to. The TV was all but useless with only greek-speaking channels. We ate breakfast and supper at the hotel several times and the food was always top-quality, tasty, fresh and plentiful. The staff was absolutely amazing; friendly, courteous and always helpful. "Let's start with the good. The restaurant was fantastic; I would highly recommend it.
On to the bad. The room and bathroom smelled faintly like cat litter. Not pleasant, but it wasn't terrible when we got there, so we didn't move rooms. It got stronger as the night went on and became quite offensive; by that time it was not worth moving, and we had other problems... There was a group of young adults who set up outside our room across the street and proceeded to party the night away. By 2 am I...
