"Obwohl ich meine Kritik möglicherweise auf hohem Niveau äußere, muss ich feststellen, dass meine Erwartungen an ein Fünf-Sterne-Hotel nicht vollständig erfüllt wurden. Der Strand ist leider sehr klein und bietet keine besonderen Attraktionen. Das Zimmer, das ich gebucht hatte (Grand Deluxe mit Poolblick), war kleiner als erwartet, und es standen lediglich fünf Kleiderbügel zur Verfügung.
Der Zimmerservice wurde trotz des angebrachten Schildes häufig erst am Nachmittag durchgeführt. Positiv...

"Globalement un établissement agréable avec de belles chambres et des piscines individuelles aux bonnes proportions.
Plage un peu éloignée et non praticable (rochers partout à fleur d'eau)
Seul inconvénient, très désagréable, les rats qui courent dans la toiture... !
Changement de chambre... pareil. Nous avons assisté à la capture d'un de ces rats avec un piège, et non pas un écureuil comme ils le minimisent à l'accueil."

"OK beachside property in a good Lamai Beach location, with very warm and friendly staff. Rooms need modernising - I would estimate the "smart" TV was 10+ years old, with installed unresponsive streaming apps to match. Internet was close to being unusable. It would drop out unexpectedly multiple times a day, then when it resumed it would be very slow. Possibly was an excellent hotel when it was new, but now a bit tired and dated."

"It’s a great place if you want to get away from it all. It’s a bit secluded from the rest of the island, so best if you are planning on staying on the property and make use of their facilities and activities. But there is plenty to do."

"We went for my father's birthday and without us asking, the kind staff arranged for a birthday cake and light decor in the room during housekeeping while we were gone and when we got back it was a pleasant surprise truly, My father really was touched by their observance and efforts. Highly recommend."
