"Exceptional and clean"

"Location/location/location. I wished this place had more amenities and I would Love it more. Breakfast was there but I can say not the best. Coffee was harsh and the toaster didn’t work. The staff was awesome and very helpful. Parking was easy and dining options all around. The room was a little dirty but I keep wipes and was able to wipe the dusty side table(and everywhere else) :)"

"This motel was clean and has the rustic charm of old Cape Cod. The grounds are beautiful with marsh views and kayaks available free of charge. Room decor is a bit dated but clean and comfortable. The owner lives on site and is very accommodating. We would definitely stay the night again!"

"Our stay was SPECTACULAR!!!! The staff were wonderful. The room was perfect. Pool was great. Inn is so close to everything. Continental breakfast certainly a plus. We will absolutely be back and tell our friends that it is a wonderful place to stay while visiting Falmouth."

"Everything about Sandwich Inn and Suites was wonderful. The staff is exceptional. The property is lovely and well tended. The rooms were immaculate and the breakfast fantastic. Terry was at the front desk when we arrived for a girls getaway and couldn’t have been more accommodating. We will definitely return."

"Units 3A,3B,2A, and 2B all have private decks facing the bay and beach. The in house resteraunt was lovely and the food superb. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We're planning to return next year."

"Our bathroom was very dirty. Stains on the floor and hair in the tub.. pubic hair to be more specific. The floor was so dirty. The staff however was very nice and helpful."

"The room was clean and the furnishings looked nice, but overall the place wasn’t what I expected from the online photos. It’s a motel, not an inn. The space that formerly acted as a common area with seating and coffee is closed. There was a microwave and (rather loud) fridge in the room, but no coffee maker in the rooms or anywhere on the premises that I could find. Rather than shades on the front windows there are plantation shutters that look pretty but don’t block out the light on the...

"Convenient location, walkable restaurants, nice view, friendly welcoming front desk staff and clean rooms."

"Upon arrival there was some confusion where we should check in. An email advised the Comfort Inn. After walking to their lobby I was asked to go to the check in at the actual hotel. Not a big deal but that would have been nice if I wasn't walking among two hotels. The unit we rented was newly remodeled and very nice. The room had exactly what we needed for our overnight stay. Very clean and comfy."
