"We had an easy check-in. Friendly staff welcomed us and we settled in quickly so we could enjoy the sites. We walked to all tours and restaurants. The restaurant next door was so good, we ate their twice! The property is well located to everything - food, shopping and more!"

Lovely and intimate atmosphere. Attention to details and distinctive effort to attend to our needs. The hotel manager and Lavinia at the front desk stood out, but everybody else was extremely helpful. I hope to return!"

"This apartment is at the very top of ,one of only 5 medieval towers in Florence. Yes, it's a tough walk up unless you are athletic (and more so with luggage), but the view from the top floor of the apartment (there are 3-4 depending on how you count) had the most stunning view! Everyone in our group thought this apartment was a highlight of the trip. It's centrally located and there are even restaurants below in the piazza. Just the Irish bar is a little loud at night but I slept through it."
