Communication between us and the hosts were timely and supportive. The staff who changed the towels and bins was also very pleasant and patient. The apartment was even nicer than anticipated and beautifully clean. The air conditioning worked well and was simple to figure out. We would definitely recommend this as a place to stay in...

Un perfecto lugar incluso para una estancia larga en la bella Florencia. La única sugerencia para hacer este lugar inmejorable, es hacer el baño de la recámara principal más funcional en el área de la regadera porque al tener un cristal tan pequeño se moja todo el baño, y es imposible evitarlo. Fuera de eso, excelente relación...

"Excellent location and quiet rooms. Small lifts. Nice continental breakfast with small range of hot dishes. Most staff very helpful but some quite rude and abrupt. Shower in bathroom (small corner shower with split doors)not same as shown on website (walk in) made showering unpleasant. Coffee and tea facilities provided in room but the types of tea and coffee pods provided were not of the quality of the rest of the hotel"
