"Beautiful top floor apartment in a traditional Tuscan building. We had small backpacks so managing the small lift and stairs was easy. Our room, although small was extremely comfortable and spotless clean. Air conditioning and large window door opening. Be aware, if you leave the window open mosquitos will visit you. "The only positive aspect of this apartment was its location. Don’t be fooled by the pictures. It’s not luxurious at all and rather poorly managed. Getting the key was a hassle and we were quite inconvenienced to accommodate the management’s schedule. Would not stay here again. "

"Loved my room, loved the location, loved staff. The breakfast had many options and the proportions are generous without being obscene. There is a nice bar on the weekends, a small gym and a spa I didn't get take advantage of and a nice calm vibe to counteract the hysteria of Florence."

"Mr. Dario was extremely accommodating. He was so kind and hospitable towards me and my group. He took the time to really make sure we knew the city well with great recommendations. He was kind enough to ensure we had enough water, offered to book us a taxi, and let us leave our luggage with him after check out so we can explore more. The room itself was nice and it is in great walking distance towards iconic sights. If I ever came back to Florence I would certainly re-book a stay at Guest House...

"Lovely hotel, though we were in a room next to the lift which was surprisingly noisy. Our bathroom (which turned out to be a shower room) was beautifully fitted but unreasonably small. The terrace was fine but overhyped as it is confined with multitudes of tourists streaming past which felt far from luxurious. Considering how overwhelmingly busy the location is, a roof terrace would be preferable. The staff were wonderful and the concierge, Dario, was marvellous."

"Centrally located hotel - everything is within a 20-minute walk. The rooms are clean and modern, but what sets this place apart is the staff. The front desk team, especially Leiann and Nick are incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast staff are also outstanding! They went above and beyond to make sure we have what we needed - and they make excellent cappuccino. I would recommend this place to family and friends, and will return here."

"This property exceed all expectations! The receptionist/general manager went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice stay, walked us through the amenities of the room, and even coordinated a taxi for the following morning. The room was a lot bigger than we expected, the bed was comfortable, and they even provided a couple treats for us in the room. The location was very close to all of the attractions, especially the duomo (5-7 min walk). Highly, highly recommend! "
