I am in awe of the property. If you are looking for privacy, story book views, and gardens this is the place to be. The staff is also incredibly kind and always looking to help in any way they can. "Staff was lovely and very helpful. Bathroom nicely renovated. Unfortunately I had to leave before breakfast but it seemed to be a nice selection. The only thing I didn’t like was it was a very small attic room with a very low ceiling. Nice automatic blinds installed. Felt like a fire trap - up a small spiral staircase to get to top. Clean though."

"The newer building where great two separate bathrooms. The pool however needs to put a limit of how many drinks people can have. There is also a staff member at the restaurant that wasn't to friendly. However overall all structure was great."

Concepita come ostello, anche se ho soggiornato con un’amica in una quadrupla ad uso esclusivo, per cui i servizi sono essenziali (no tv, no frigo), ma gli spazi sono comodi, di nuova realizzazione, ed il bagno era ampio con una grande doccia. Pulizie giornaliere, disponibilità di distributori di acqua potabile per riempire borracce, bevande calde e snack nella lounge al piano terra. Vicinissimo alla Visarno Arena"

"This is the hotel we go back to whenever we go to Florence. The staff are amazing. Every single member of staff can not do enough to help you. The view from the hotel is just beautiful. We like walking and it is a 30 minute walk down the hill to pitti palace. If you don’t want to walk back up there is a bus. Also a 2 minute walk out the front of the hotel to the left is a great little pub in a field where they grow their own veggies and the meat for the burgers is from local farms. A must visit...

"Really beautiful property and wonderful room. Hotel is immaculately clean and we thought the hotel had been renovated to a beautiful finish. We let the hotel know we were staying for our 10 year anniversary, and a bottle of Prosecco was left in our room with a note, which was extremely kind. A great location to stay in, just across the river. Passcode is provided for front door so can come and go as please. Have booked to stay in again in October!"
