"Room was clean, staff friendly and helpful;.On our last day, checkout was at noon. I asked if they had a room to change into travel clothes since our flight did not leave Santiago until 8:55 pm. Without hesitation, the main manager at the front desk said that we could stay in our room until 4;30 pm. when we had arranged for a transfer to the airport.
