The location is fantastic—just a short walk to Chinatown , Union Square and the Ferry Building, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our stay. The parking garage is a block away, reasonably priced and very clean. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"Goed, groot, hotel, centraal gelegen naast Fishermans Warf. Wel gehorige kamers. Grootste pluspunt is het fantastische ontbijt. Soms moet je daar even op wachten. Onder het hotel is parkeergarage voor $62 per nacht."

"We chose this hotel as it had great reviews and offered free parking. Although a little dated the hotel was great. A 10 minute walk to Pier 39 and close to the Cable Car stops etc. Our room was a little noisy as it overlooked the rear of "Bimbos" so we had to keep the window shut but we had aircon which we needed."

"Location, location, location! Great location. One unfortunate thing that happened was two guests having a loud argument, but the issue was promptly addressed by hotel staff, and resolved quickly. I actually live in San Francisco, but was doing a “staycation.” For a weekend. Would definitely stay again."

"Heavy set woman at the front who was insanely rude to me and other customers as if she had personal issues she brought to work that morning, claimed I did not submit a deposit when I already had. Was told by the manager that she is known to have created issues previously. Concerned as to why this incompetent worker was hired to begin with. Got charged over $100 for another individual's bar bill which they were so persistent was not a mistake. Never received an apology for the insane lack of...

"This is the second time we have stayed here. Close to the cruise terminal and in & out burger"

"Toilet didn’t work. Horrible parking experience. They instructed to park in a garage down the road which closes at midnight so good luck trying to find anywhere to park after midnight. Will definitely not be staying here next time I’m in town. Room was not very clean either"
