"Late sleepers so missed opportunity to try breakfast. The pool made for a great experience swimming with the grandkid. Conveniently located near stores, restaurants and the attractions we attended over our 2 day stay. Sure appreciated the good working A/C in the room with the 38 degree temperature outside. We felt well accepted by check-in staff upon arrival and departure. A concern, had our disabled daughter in-law accompanied us was cracks and the poor ramp condition (missing concrete transition piece) along the sidewalk between our room and the activity area along the south side of the south parking lot. We look forward to staying again in future and plan to recommend to our friends and family should they be looking for accommodation in Kelowna."

"Over all is great. The only thing and it's very important their towel that I used it has hairs. They have to wash their towels properly and sanitize. Not only towels even linens. Their pool still under renovation. And the name of the hotel is different. We got lost. I think they have to put a note into their "hotel description.""

"I stayed at this hotel for one night. It’s a brand-new property, only about a year and a half old, so everything felt fresh and clean. Breakfast was included in the stay, and they have a great swimming pool and a hot spa. The family room was beautiful and easily accommodated six people. It featured two queen beds and two side bunk beds, which I absolutely loved. Check-out is at 11 AM, but you can extend your stay until 1 PM for an additional $30. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back if I have the chance!"
