"I reserved a room for my sister and her best friend for Friday, May 29th so they could enjoy a wonderful downtown experience for her birthday. When she checked into the hotel the woman who was at the front desk was rude with her and condescending to her for no reason. She didn’t even point them in the direction of their room or tell them about the amenities offered at the hotel. I expected better since I have stayed at many Westins before and enjoyed it every time. Paying 250 dollars a night...

"Everything was awesome! Staff was the the best! Rooms very artsy and clean. Close to lots of great places to eat, and there is a cafe and speakeasy bar that serves food as well. You really never need to get in your car to do anything downtown: it’s all within walking distance. Dog-friendly!"
