"The staff was friendly & helpful. We arrived early and were able to check into our rooms. Rooms were clean and well decorated with plenty of space to relax. Of course, we were close to downtown and easy to walk to our destinations. Über was also available when needed. Very nice swimming pools with beautiful trees, flowers that created a nice atmosphere to relax and enjoy ourselves. Definitely will go again."

"Great location. The continental breakfast was helpful in saving time and money going elsewhere since we were just doing a long weekend and trying to get a lot of activities into a short trip. Room needed some repairs and maintenance. Mainly sloppy workmanship like paint on the floors making them appear dirty, shower head loose behind tile, etc. All the rooms in KW have gotten expensive and you'd think at the higher price points there would be a bit more attention to detail..."

"Coco Plum Inn was wonderful! Conveniently located to everything in Key West. Breakfast was perfect. Overall, the property was relaxing and quiet. Very comfortable bed. Staff was very helpful. I recommend the INN for couples and singles ready for an authentic Keys get away."

"Well, the room description doesnt state that there are a lot of very steep stairs to climb. I currently have mobility issues related to a fracture to my tibia i sustained last December. I called the resort on the way there to ask about a cancelation related to parking possibly being an issue. Note that at that time i wasnt even aware of the stairs to get to the room. I am revognized as handicap by the ADA. Keep in mind also the description of the property list the room we booked as handicap...
