"Staff was great. We had to be moved since we originally did not get the room we reserved. The room was tiny. You could just walk around the beds. The shower was tiny, barely able to turn around. The website said it it had an elevator, it did not. Renovation was underway way that left an adhesive smell in the air. Location near the rail terminal was convenient with great restaurants and shopping near by."

"We were beyond impressed by this hotel’s hospitality and welcoming atmosphere. The welcome drink in the garden was so relaxing after traveling all morning. The evening appetizers were appreciated and delicious. The room was spotless and beautiful. It has a safe in the room if you choose to use one(we did). We did not have any issues in the 2 nights we stayed and reception and the garden waiters were so kind and welcoming. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would return here again."

"This hotel is very close to the train station which is great when you have bags to lug, but pretty far from St. Marks and the Rialto Bridge. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Note: not all rooms have showers so make sure to request a room with one if that is important to you. It was important to us and asked to be moved, and ended up with a much smaller room. Breakfast is very good and there is a bar and comfortable lounge area."
